These Terms govern the use of Shift2App, a product of Whizzybase Technologies Private Limited.

1. Acceptance

By using Shift2App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Shift2App provides tools to convert websites into Android applications.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have legal rights to the website submitted.
• You are responsible for compliance with Google Play, Microsoft Store, and other platform policies.
• You must not submit unlawful or infringing content.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed via Razorpay.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

5. Account Termination

• You may request account deletion anytime.
• Accounts are permanently deleted within 24 hours of request.
• We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your website content. All Shift2App technology, branding, and software remain the property of Whizzybase Technologies Private Limited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shift2App is provided "as is" without warranties. Whizzybase Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• App store rejection
• Revenue loss
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party service issues

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whizzybase Technologies Private Limited against claims arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in India.
